The S & S Par Scientific Immobilization Procedure cart is engineered to improve the logistics of immobilization mold formation in radiation therapy departments. It incorporates the Par Scientific Thermoplastic Heater (to soften head frames and sheets of thermoplastic material), a large work area, and supply storage in one convenient location. The cart's large surface area has room for the supplies and accessories needed during precision fixation. Base plates, head frames, and thermoplastic sheets can all be stored in the same location.
The directional caster provides maneuverability when moving the cart to another location. The ABS plastic top is durable and easy to clean, and provides a large work surface for supplies and tools.
The storage drawers are available in both 3 inch and 6 inch depths, with aluminum and plastic drawer dividers adjustable to fit many shapes and sizes.
The Immobilization Procedure Cart has a durable powder-coat finish, and is resistant to chemical spills that may affect appearance. Integrated perimeter bumpers down the sides and around the base of the cart absorb blows, protect the frame from damage, and prevent the cart from damaging walls and other equipment.
